+91-9904376492Our expanded product range covers vertical sump pumps, SS centrifugal pumps, impeller pumps, pump impellers, pump housings, industrial pump components, pump accessories and self priming centripetal pumps. Every product in this range is manufactured at our Ahmedabad facility using quality raw materials sourced from verified vendors, and each item is built to deliver consistent performance across the industrial applications for which it is specified.
Propeller Pumps is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of industrial pump spares, new pump variants and pump components in India, exporting to worldwide destinations including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Egypt, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and across the globe.
Our vertical sump pump is a single stage centrifugal pump built in a vertical orientation, with downward axial suction and radial discharge flanged directly to the discharge pipe. This vertical configuration makes it the ideal choice for lifting fluids from tanks, sumps, pits, rivers, lakes and water sheds where the pump motor must remain above the liquid surface while the wetted assembly operates fully submerged.
The shaft is supported from its upper end using grease lubricated ball bearings. Lateral shaft support is provided by radial bush bearings manufactured from anti friction material, ensuring smooth operation and minimal shaft deflection even under high side load conditions. This bearing arrangement extends seal life and reduces vibration throughout the operating range.
Materials of construction include carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy options, allowing these pumps to be specified for applications ranging from clean water circulation to acidic water handling, metal treatment plant process streams, chemical wastewater management and sewage treatment plant inlet works.
Our sump pump range is engineered for wide application duty in sectors where fluid handling conditions are harsh, variable or involve particulate laden liquids. Built using quality raw material sourced from trusted vendors, these pumps deliver robust and consistent performance in sewage and sludge service, industrial chemical transfer, pulp and paper plant operations, fertiliser handling, effluent management and underground solvent tank extraction.
The construction is designed for long service life with straight forward maintenance access, making them popular with plant managers seeking to minimise unplanned downtime. They are available in multiple sizes and dimensional configurations to match a broad range of installation requirements.
Our centrifugal pumps are available in back pull out construction, horizontal foot mounted single stage, end suction and top centreline discharge configurations. The manufacturing process conforms to DIN 24256 and ISO 2858 standards, and the design is generally compliant with API 610, making these pumps suitable for use in internationally specified process plant projects.
These centrifugal pumps cover a capacity range of up to 700 cubic metres per hour and a head range of up to 150 metres, giving them a wide operating window that spans general utility service through to demanding process plant duties.
Materials of construction: Cast Iron, Cast Steel, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, Alloy 20, CD4MCu, Hastelloy B and Hastelloy C
Application industries for our centrifugal pumps include chemical process plants, fertiliser manufacturing, bulk drugs and pharmaceutical production, heating and air conditioning systems, sugar processing, water supply and distribution, pulp and paper, cement plants, agriculture and textile, jet dyeing, organic and inorganic liquid refineries, dyes and intermediates, effluent treatment plants, cooling towers, fire fighting systems, power generation, steel plants, thermic fluid service and oil extraction and waste oil refining.
Capacity: Up to 700 m3 per hour Head: Up to 150 metres
Our stainless steel centrifugal pump range includes both monobloc and bare coupled pump configurations. These pumps are fabricated from SS 304 or SS 316 sheet, with all wetted parts in stainless steel construction throughout. The precise fabrication standards applied to these pumps make them well suited to chemical and process industry applications where product purity, hygiene or corrosion resistance requirements rule out cast iron alternatives.
The SS centrifugal pump is particularly valued in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dye and pigment, and fine chemical applications where metallic contamination of the process fluid must be avoided and regular cleaning in place is required.
With thorough industrial knowledge, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Impeller Pumps. These pumps are manufactured in compliance with the international quality standards. Customization of our pumps is also done by us to fulfill the needs of our valued clients. Moreover, clients can avail these pumps from us round the clock at market-leading prices.
We put forth Pump Impellers which are manufactured using iron, steel, aluminum and plastic. It transfers energy from the motor that drives the pump to the fluid being pumped by forcing the fluid outwards from the center of rotation. Mostly, it is used in automobile and engineering industry. Our Impeller Pumps are widely in use
Our pump housing products are engineered by professionals with extensive expertise in fluid system design. Manufactured using premium grade raw materials and produced using advanced machining equipment, our pump housings provide the structural enclosure for the impeller and fluid passages, directing flow from suction to discharge while withstanding internal pressure and the mechanical loads imposed by the rotating assembly.
Our pump housings find application in water transfer, chemical service, general industrial fluid handling and specialty process plant duties where dimensional accuracy and material integrity are essential to system performance and longevity.
Our range of industrial pump components is manufactured under a quality driven production framework that ensures dimensional accuracy, material consistency and performance reliability across all components supplied. Available in a range of sizes suited to varied industrial requirements, our pump components are durable, structurally sound, corrosion resistant and dimensionally stable.
All components comply with defined industry parameters and are available in both standard and customised configurations, allowing procurement teams to source either off the shelf replacements or purpose made components for specific equipment.
Propeller Pumps is a recognised manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive range of pump accessories. Manufactured using high quality raw materials in compliance with international standards, our pump accessories are valued for their durability, reliable performance, dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and ease of installation.
All components comply with defined industry parameters and are available in both standard and customised configurations, allowing procurement teams to source either off the shelf replacements or purpose made components for specific equipment.
Our self priming centripetal pump series is purpose designed for handling solvent and flammable liquids where conventional centrifugal pumps present operational or safety challenges. These pumps are available in gland seal and mechanical seal configurations to suit the specific sealing requirements and containment standards of each application.
The low operating speed of our centripetal pumps is a deliberate design feature, making them safe and appropriate for use with flammable fluids that are sensitive to heat or spark generation. The self priming action eliminates the need for external priming systems, simplifying installation and reducing the footprint of the pump skid. A trolley type mounting is available for barrel loading and unloading applications where the pump needs to be portable and repositionable.
Head: Up to 60 metres Flow rate: Up to 10 cubic metres per hour Operating speed: 1450 RPM Materials of construction: Stainless steel and alloy
Applications for our self priming centripetal pumps include petroleum product transfer, pharmaceutical production, barrel loading and unloading, chemical process plant service and general purpose flammable liquid handling.
This range also covers applications previously referenced as slurry pumps, plastic pumps, corrosion resistant pumps, suction centrifugal pumps, stainless steel pumps, end suction pumps and plastic centrifugal pumps, with specific material and configuration options available on request.
